USE COLOUR THERAPY DAILY. Its free and WILL make a big difference to your health. Chakra's are the main energy centers of the body and govern all body organs and functions. Colour effects different chakras in many ways including balancing, clearing, cleansing and stimulating

Colour therapy has been proven effective for centuries. Each colour carries a vibration and energy. You will always be attracted to colours you need the most at the time you need them. So do take notice of what catches your attention with natural produce your body will automatically be drawn to what it knows you need vibrationally

Colour effects us in many ways. From the colour of food we eat, clothes we wear, colour in the environment we can use it for our benefit daily and its FREE

Grounding and Protecting yourself is essential

Protection - Imagine yourself protected in a bubble or pyramid stating that you are grounded and protected at all times

Grounding - either walking bare foot on the grass or beach (not artificial flooring) or imagine you're a tree and your feet are roots going deep into the earths core - while claiming  'I AM grounded and protected at all times'

Zipping up central meridian line

Zip up your central meridian line from base chakra up to bottom lip and lock it (do this alot throughout the day and before bed) and if you are open energetically you will definitely notice a difference with it

Energy sweeping

I do this daily. your hand acts like a magnet and the energy follows you hands. if you are aware you'll feel it following. I sweep from top back of head all down back and off outside of feet

Then same all down front from head and sweeping all the way off feet and toes

sweep legs numerous times as that it where alot of physical stuff gets stuck. MAKE SURE you are going right off the feet as these as the end of meridian points. I would sweep each side of the legs firmly it FEELS amazing too

You can also force the energy to cross sweeping from one shoulder to waist each side a couple of times firmly then each side from waist down side of leg and off toe followed by other side

I do the sweeping each morning. you can also reverse sweep the spleen meridian then correct way 3 times to strengthen spleen. also calm triple warmer (fight or flight / stress mode) by placing about 3 fingers on temple (using opposite arm so you are crossing body) from temple around ear along neck and using hand to sweep along outside of arm from shoulder down to little finger quite firmly making sure you take it right off the little finger. 3 times each side.

Triple Warmer

Another calming one for triple warmer is holding where your bra line would be on opposite side with one hand and the other hand on opposite side holding arm above elbow. A bit like hugging yourself. sit quietly and take deep breaths. this will calm you down in no time

Liqourice root and fresh ginger tea - AMAZING all rounder for immune support and teeth. drink a cup throughout the day. I use quite alot for 3 days in a row changing the fresh ginger. I eat quite a bit of ginger great for the gut and digestion

Fasting / intermittent fasting

Don't forget FASTING is amazing to get the body into autophagy (eating itself) and mopping up all the bad stuff. I did an 8 day fast for the first time a few months back WOW I amazed myself (I like food) it wasn't a full blown water only I did cheat with my coffee and honey to survive my very active lifestyle and fuel me !! But still everything is worth a try at this point and just intermittent fasting which I do daily anyway will help. Intermittent fasting involves leaving a big gap in between meals minimum 12 hours for best results. Its proven for incredible health benefits

Stay hydrated with clean water

Staying hydrated is essential as every single cell in your body requires water in order to function efficiently including brain. Try drinking smaller amounts more often like a few mouthfuls every half hour and you're bodies thirst indicator will kick back in. many people mistake thirst for hunger and reach for food when they need water. By having little and often within a couple of days you will start to feel really thirsty when you actually need it. If you do want I used to do and drink alot in one go your body will never use it all and most will end up in the loo. So by drinking little and often you will actually use what you have. Try it and feel the difference. Also try taking a small grain of Celtic Sea Salt before drinking water to enable the water to go into cell easier
